Any patient wearing low volume or tight fitting shoes. Fits best with low to medium arch feet and feet with significant soft tissue splay. Designed for moderate midtarsal control.

Casual Shoe Device

Shell: Carboplast Graphite shell. Low profile

Posting: Intrinsic posting.

Covers: Vinyl topcovers

Suggested additions: Fit directly to shoes, poron toppadding or extensions, Glove leather topcovers. 1-4 width, narrow device, medial heel skive, heel punch.

Patient Type-

Any patient wearing 1.5 “heels or more. Best for shoes without a removable insole. Fits best with all arch heights and feet with significant soft tissue splay. Designed to bend with and fit to the contour of the high heel shoe from the heel down to the metatarsals.

High Heel Dress Device

Shell: Subortholene shell. Low profile. Cobra cutouts

Posting: Medium density EVA combined with posting.

Covers: Vinyl topcovers

Suggested additions: Fit directly to shoes, poron extensions, Glove leather topcovers. 1-4 width, 1-3 width.
